It is licensed by the "Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission” (BTRC) to provide Nationwide Internet services in Bangladesh. It is expanding rapidly to cover all divisional head quarters followed by all 64 districts.

It was established in May 1998 with a single POP( Point of presence) in the city of Sylhet and since then it has expanded its operations Nationwide within Bangladesh. Currently operates in six location including capital city (Dhaka) with dedicated VSAT'S (Satellite link) connected to the USA Internet backbone for quality, reliability and stability.

The Company also access established wireless broadband Internet access points (POP'S) in key strategic area of Dhaka city such as Banani, Dhanmondhi, Motijheel, Mirpur Uttara and Saver. The company is also in the process of expanding the technology in other leading cities in Bangladesh.

In Addition to the Internet services, the company provides total ICT solutions using ADSL/SDSL, Radio link and modern communications equipment such as low cost FTDMA based satellite link, DVB based downlink on traditional two way VAST link. It has also focused in developing various software such as VOIP Billing, SIMS (Sales Information Management System) and chat server software (www.btschat.com) for both local and overseas market.
